Job Description

We are looking for a head of Sales in NYC to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be one of the first three hires of the company in the US and therefore has large responsibilities and a potential to advance significantly in the company.

As a head of sales, you'll be responsible for architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Account Executives and SDRs across mid-market sales. The role includes developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets.


  • Develop and close sales opportunities you've prospected
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets.
  • Building relationships, and understanding customer needs.
  • Analyze data and optimize the sales funnel to find the most efficient sales methods.
  • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research.
  • Participate in industry or promotional events to cultivate customer relationships.
  • Managing and hiring a team of AE and SDR.

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of sales experience and a track record of exceeding quota in a company doing vertical SaaS sales.
  • Capable of managing as well as being hands-on doing product demos.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills - Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
  • Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Enjoys developing new relationships and displays empathy for customers challenges
  • Prior industry experience in private investments or commercial real estate (big plus)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions (big plus)
